Dovbenko reserves the right to issue a quote based upon the information you enter. You may not qualify for every Dovbenko company. The rate quoted to you may vary from Dovbenko lowest rate depending upon the company for which you do qualify, and upon other factors. Each quote shall identify the Dovbenko company from which the quote was generated. Any coverage descriptions provided on this Site are general descriptions of available coverages and are not a statement of contract until a binder has been issued by Dovbenko. To obtain coverage you must submit an application to Dovbenko. All applications are subject to underwriting approval. Coverages and availability may vary by state, and additional minimum coverage limits may be available in your state. Digital Documents

As part of our online customer services, Dovbenko may make available digital copies of your Policy Declarations, Bills, ID cards and other policy related documents. While we make every effort possible to test various scenarios and deployments to ensure accurate representation of original documents, differences in browser and printer types may cause these digital documents to render inaccurately, and Dovbenko makes no warranties that these digital documents will be exact duplicates of actual policy documents.

Ownership of Materials & Restrictions on Use
